I offer personal and small group training centered around functional movement

I guarantee you will receive unique, dedicated attention to achieve your personal goals. 

HOW? Through thoroughly planned, progressive workouts catered to the individual for maximum results. 

We will work on movement, balance, coordination, speed, and power.

We will also focus on exercise that YOU WANT TO DO, movement that excites you and is applicable to your life.

WHAT TO EXPECT

I want to take the stress and anxiety out of exercise. We will first meet for a total body assessment including:

  • A consent/release that you are free to workout by a physician. 
  • A questionnaire about you, I want to know what makes you, YOU. What your interests are, your goals, and why you want to train. 
  • An assessment of body composition and check of muscle imbalances. 

This assessment will help me program a specific workout plan for the individual, pair, or small group.
